Our distinguished friend and internationally acclaimed fashion designer, Jeffrey Banks, will be the featured speaker this Thursday November 4th at The Women’s Forum to be held at 2:30 p.m. at the Litchfield Community Center.  All are welcome to attend.  Jeffrey will speak on the topic “Our Endless and Enduring Fascination with Tartan”.    Jeffrey and co-author Doria de La Chapelle have written the authoritative reference for all things tartan and plaid, titled “Tartan: Romancing the Plaid”.

Inspired by Jeffrey’s book, our tartan loving window dresser, Ali “Bunny” Morosani, created coordinating windows for our Ladies and Men’s boutiques.  “Good Girl Gone Plaid” is Bunny’s theme for the Ladies window.  Feel free to drop by to view the windows in greater detail and to explore our selection of tartan and plaid merchandise from Scotland.  The gallery below includes select items currently available at our Ladies boutique.
